The Tek Connect remote control streams audio as well as provides one-touch control of various hearing instrument settings.
ePen™ is the ultra-discreet, pen-like remote that slips into your pocket or purse and gives you control over your Motion.
ProPocket™ is Siemens traditional remote control for Motion instruments.
Siemens Motion 700 hearing aids offers an attractive and comfortable hearing solution with a great deal of technology. Bluetooth connectivity adds a great deal of versatility to this hearing aid that is not available on many equally priced products. Automatic circuitry controls the loudness and softness of sounds, and keeps sudden sharp sounds from being abrasive. Feedback cancellation helps to prevent the annoying whistling associated with hearing aids. Rechargeable option available on BTE models. The epen remote control is very sleek and stylish. 16 frequency bands and 16 channels offer plenty of programming control for most hearing losses. Available in a wide variety of colors.
Cons:
In our testing, the feedback cancellation was only moderately effective. Some patients still experienced feedback when they put their hand or a phone near their ear, or when they hugged someone. Bluetooth is only avaiable with the full featured remote control, which is a little bulky. Some patients found this to be too complicated for them, too many buttons! No reset button on the remote. The only way to get back to your original programming is to disconnect the battery on the hearing aids.
