akash222 Posts 100	• We have a right to understand everything our doctor tells us about our health. We may want to ask the doctor to allow us to repeat sentences back. This is the way we can check to see if we heard correctly. • If our doctor uses a word that we don't know, ask for the word to be written down and explained clearly. If we need it, ask for a drawing or a model. • Do not be afraid that you're bothering the doctor with these questions. If it would help you, ask for written information about our condition, your medicines or our treatment choices.
