One of my beloved dishes is grilled shrimps. Not long ago one of my friends advised me to add pieces of cheese to the shrimps. I like novelties and this experiment works well! But pay attention that it should be hard cheese!

Grillied shrimps? How were you able to make sure that they've been cooked well? We always just fry shrimps. Not only that its delicious that way but also because were sure that its cooked.

I assure you that this method of cooking is absolutely safe . You may be absolutely sure that the shrimps are cooked well. But of course you need some practice.
