Time for some new gear.
One hearing aid is old and analog. The second one was eaten by my dog.

Why don't you just consult you doctor about that. Its really hard to decide what you need just by asking for advices here.

Yeah, you can just consult this to your doctor. More importantly, how the .... did your dog eat your hearing aid. I hope your dog didn't die or something.

I agree, first consult your doctor and then choose what brand you like according to your doctor's advices.
