Concentrate on basics first – don’t get bogged down with details. 4. Know your calories. 5. Make good health a way of life – never, ever give up. 6. Acquire a personal trainer, coach, or mentor. 7. Become a member of a fitness center if you can, but a set of dumbbells at home is adequate to get you started.

I am absolutely sure that this post is almost perfect. The author has caught the main points of the weight loss program. The only idea that I should like to add to this post is that- please don't build the sand castle! Set himself a real targets!
