I have seen deaf people with dogs that help them hear before. But lately I don't see them anymore; does ACHARITY still train dogs to help deaf people?

I believe they are, that's why they are looking for dogs. I really don't get it why a dog can be helpful to those deaf people. Nevertheless, I have never seen a deaf person with a dog beside him though.

I believe that these dogs help them or guide them with their everyday routines. I have never seen a deaf person with a dog beside him too.

I saw a feature about this in Animal Planet I think. Although they featured dogs helping the blind not the deaf.
